Hello everyone,
We are a Taiwanese couple. We have a single room available in our new bought house.
The room is furnished with queen bed, a desk and a chair. Built in wardrobe.
The rent is 260 pw includes all bills.
All the appliances in the house are brand new. We have 75 inch Tv, washing machine, dryer etc. The house is built at 2021. Maximum 6 people in the house.
Cigarettes are forbidden in this house.
This is a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and quiet.
We have a lovely cat- Prince. He is really lovely and cuddly. Really close to people.
It’s better you have a car, however there is public transportation to the city approximately 45 minutes.
5 mins drive to Forrestfield shopping centre.
3 minutes drive to Roe highway
10- 15 mins drive to carousel shopping center
We are a couple that likes to cook and share. I am a professional chef and my wife is a barista. We really enjoy company and also really respect privacy.

こんにちは！
フラットメイトがもうすぐ引越すので、新しくシングルルームに入居していただける方をオーナーに代わって募集しています。
家賃は週200ドルで、Wi-Fiなどの光熱費は全て込みです。
私と私のパートナーと、他の女性と一軒家をシェアすることになります。
私たちはオウンバスルームがあるので、トイレとシャワーは他の女性のみとのシェアになります。
徒歩圏内にはStirling駅やバス停、Westfieldなどがあって便利です。
