オージーのオーナー（男）とバスルーム、トイレは共有です。オーナーはガーデニングに料理、サイクリングなど多趣味、綺麗好きで困ったことがあればすぐに対応してくれます。
静かなエリアで、家には広いガーデンもあるので、リラックスして過ごせると思います。
仕事上、遅い時間に駅から歩いて帰ることが多いのですが、街灯も十分にあり、治安は良いと思います。

A beautiful large 4 x 2 house in a quiet location to share with one single male and female.
The bedroom is at the back of the house so there is plenty of separation and privacy from the master bedroom. This bedroom is fully furnished
The house is in an ideal location if you work in Perth. It's a ten minutes walk to the train station.
This prime location has a newly built Coles supermarket less than 5 min ride by car ,and if you want to do a major shop, then Joondalup shopping center is a must for any item you may need.
ECU university is also down the road from the shopping center and both locations are less than ten min train ride.
Perth is about a 30 minute car ride , depending on traffic on the day.
If you like the beach then that another 5 minute onward pass Cole supermarket.
Non smokers , not a party house, and no couples are welcome.
I'm looking for a long term stay.

初めまして！
シティ周辺で部屋を探しています。具体的にはパース駅まで20分ほどの場所が望ましいです。
長くても2ヶ月ほどしかパースに滞在出来ないので短い滞在期間になってしまいます。

Looking for someone to rent a long-term room for 6 months (Mar-Sep), ready to move in as early as 21 February or no later than 3 March.
Room: It's a 2 bedroom apartment (you get 1 bedroom). The balcony has a city view. which will be shared with 2 Thai mates (both mates share the same room) and share common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony)
Location: 996 hay st perth WA 6000 Convenient transportation, 10 minute walk to Perth train station. You can take the Red Cat and get off in front of the condo.
Facilities: swimming pool and gym, no parking.
Rent: Single 350 per week / Couple 420 per week, excluding water and electricity bills. (Water + electricity bills are not expensive) The room does not have internet.
Requirement: I'm looking for someone to help keep the house clean (not a party house).

場所はKardinya という閑静な住宅街です！
パースシティーまでは車で20分ぐらいです（Uberで$30ほど）。
スーパーも近くにあるので便利です。
・大きめの部屋 1人の場合$300/w, 2人の場合$350/w
即日利用可能です。
・グラニーフラット $400/w
小さい一軒家みたいな感じで、トイレ、シャワー、キッチンがついてて、独り占めできます。
