Hello!
We have two single rooms for rent in Como.
We am looking for someone neat and tidy Japanese.
We prefer female share mate.
No drugs and smoke free home.
There is ample pantry space available for use,
you will be sharing the shower room and toilet with only one other Japanese woman.
Near South Perth, Karawara and Applecross.
6 mins to walk to the bus stop(bus #30: The Transperth 30 - Elizabeth Qy - Curtin U bus serves in the Perth area departing from Perth Busport Zone A and ending at Curtin University Station).
Room is $270 weekly - included WiFi, water, electricity, gas and dishwashing liquid detergent.
There is a built-in wardrobe.
In addition, we have a child(6 years old). We need understanding person for that.
