This is a large beautiful private Estate in Parkerville, (Perth Hills, WA). It is an architecturally designed home with total privacy. If you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil place to live within close proximity to all services, and transport, then please contact us for an appointment to view.
We have 3 rooms coming up for Lodgers in December. We would like to rent to Japanese people. The reason for Japanese people is that we are both studying Japanese and would like to converse in Japanese as well as assist with English, if you wish.
We are taking appointments to view our beautiful house. Please contact us as soon as possible as these rooms go quickly.
We offer the following:-
• Own Room – Queen "Hinoki"; Double "Momo no Ki" or Single "Sakura" Sakura has its own lounge with TV & TV Table, chairs, coffee table, chest of drawers, new carpet and wood fire heater as well as a R/C Air Conditioner. It also has its own separate access with toilet attached to the laundry.

• Bedside lamps
• R/C Air Conditioning
• Electronic security shutters
• Built in robe with chest of drawers
• Brand new carpet

Aldi; Chemists, Doctors and many different types of shops and
