Hi, I'm looking for a housemate for my house (master bedroom).
My house is located on Wattleup Road.
It's almost new house. Master bedroom room with queen-size bed and desk. You also can use your own bathroom.
Takes only 5 minutes to kwinana freeway with drive.
Bus stop is in 10 minutes with walk.
We(host) are Korean couple who love Japanese people !
If you come, a total of three people will stay in our house.(Host couple and only you)
We want tidy and friendly person.
The piano and guitar, PS5, Nintendo.. etc ..
you can use it anytime you want
Rent fee is $300 for a week and has deposit with 2 weeks payment. No minimum stay but give us notice at least one week.
