This is a large beautiful private Estate in Parkerville, (Perth Hills, WA). It is an architecturally designed home with total privacy. If you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil place to live within close proximity to all services, and transport, then please contact us for an appointment to view.
We have 3 rooms coming up for Lodgers in December. We would like to rent to Japanese people. The reason for Japanese people is that we are both studying Japanese and would like to converse in Japanese as well as assist with English, if you wish.
We are taking appointments to view our beautiful house from Monday 1st December 2025 onwards. Please contact us as soon as possible as these rooms go quickly.

House of the White Owl will be available for you to move in on 03/01/2025. However, if you require accommodation sooner, please let us know and we will see if we can assist you.
