House, has a very large swimming pool if you like to swim. You can walk to IGA supermarket or one zone bus stop. Quiet location close to Dianella open space. One bus to the city.  Room price is $240  including all bills and fast wifi. Must be very clean and tidy and able to look after and respect the house / housemates.
