家具付きオウンルームシェアメイト募集！
Glendalough駅から約徒歩5分のMount Hawthornにある家で、シェアメイトを1人募集しています。
現在、私が海外にいるため、夫に代わって募集をしております。当面は夫とのシェアになりますが、数か月後に夫が海外に移る予定で、その後は私たちの友人夫婦（30代前半のブラジル人男性と彼の奥さん）とのシェアとなります。とても感じの良いご夫婦です^^
9月28日午後から入居可能
FIFOの方歓迎（必須ではありません）
長期歓迎
ボンド2週間
週$260(毎2週間$520支払い)
(FIFOの場合は週$250)
(全てのビル、Wifiは含まれています。)
スカボロービーチとシティーの間にあります。バスも電車も近いので便利です^^
部屋にはクイーンサイズベッド、クローゼット、ベッドサイドテーブルがあります。
シャワーは１つのため、共有となります。
-パーティーハウスではないので、夜にうるさくするなどは禁止しています。
-ペット不可（ただし、友人夫婦が猫を飼っているため、後に猫がいる環境になります。猫が苦手でない方をお願いします。）
-カップルでは募集していません。
-仕事または勉強などをしていて、清潔でリスペクトのある方を募集しています。
来客用駐車場利用可（空きがある場合）ですが、満車の場合は道に停めていただくことになります。
インスペクション可能です。

Furnished Own Room for Rent in a Shared House!
We are looking for one housemate to share our home in Mount Hawthorn, just about a 5-minute walk from Glendalough Station.
I am currently overseas, so I am posting on behalf of my husband. For the time being, you will be sharing with him, but in a few months he will also move overseas. After that, you will be sharing with our friends—a lovely couple in their early 30s (a Brazilian husband and his wife).
Move-in date: From the afternoon of 28th September
FIFO workers welcome (not mandatory)
Long-term preferred
Rent: $260 per week (paid fortnightly, $520)
FIFO: $250 per week
Bond: 2 weeks
All bills and Wi-Fi included
Conveniently located between Scarborough Beach and the City, with both bus and train nearby.
The room comes furnished with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and bedside table.
One shared bathroom/shower.
House rules
-Not a party house (no loud noise at night).
-No pets allowed. However, please note: our friends will bring their cat later on, so the house will have a cat in the future. Please apply only if you’re okay with cats.
-Not available for couples.
-Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and working or studying.
Visitor parking available when spaces are free. Otherwise, street parking is an option.
Inspections are welcome.
