Hello nice to meet you. I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. (my Japanese flatmate recently moved out for the next step in her Australian adventure). So I am looking for a new female flatmate.
Location:
Lord St, Highgate.
- 2km to Perth CBD. Also just 1km to Beaufort St, Mount Lawley.
- $280 per week (2 week bond). All bills included (Wi-Fi, electricity, water)
- Open Living Room (Air Con) and Kitchen (electric glass cooktop) area.
- Balcony from the Living Room area.
- Shared bathroom (includes washing machine, dryer)
Convenient public transport options:
- Bus stop (150m) outside. 4 bus routes (41, 42, 48, 55) to Perth CBD -> Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. During peak it is a high frequency stop (bus every 5 minutes). You can easily get to Perth CBD within 5-10 mins.
- East Perth Train station (600m) outside. Midland and Airport train lines. (3 stops to Perth station - you can easily transfer to other train lines). From Perth Airport Central (T1/T2), it is 6 stops to this station.
About the furnished room:

About me:
Born in Perth. I also live in this apartment. I am a male full-time IT professional working 9am to 5pm (Mon-Fri). I often go out to eat in the Perth CBD during the evening. I respect cleanliness and tidiness, and regularly clean the common areas.
