This is a room that includes a double-sized bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair.
The kitchen has two fridges, providing ample storage for food. The living room features a smart TV, sofa, and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
It's only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Carousel shopping centre, one of Perth's largest shopping complexes. The property is also close to Curtin University (15 minutes by car), a bus stop (2 minutes' walk), and Beckenham train station (10-15 minutes' walk).

【注意喚起】シェアハウス(Mt Lawley/hydepark)
マウントローリー/ハイドパーク周辺にある韓国人ハウスオーナーとその彼女(アジアン)について注意喚起します。
・入居時には、ハウスルールは特にないと言っていたのに、「突然彼氏は家に呼んでもいいけど、友達は呼んではいけない。」「彼氏を呼ぶのであれば、韓国人オーナー(男)が家にいる時のみしかダメ」とシェアメイトも私も聞いたこともないようなルールをあげてきて、君はほとんど守っていなかったと言われる。
・そのようなルールを聞いたことはないと伝えた上で、「私が守ってないと思っていたのなら一度でも注意したことがあるか？」と聞くと、それは無視
・他のシェアメイトにルールを聞いてみてと言われたので、他のシェアメイトに聞くと、
他のシェアメイトも聞いたことがないルールであったこと、他のシェアメイトもそのルールを知らなかったので、守っていなかったことを伝えると、無視。
自分の都合が悪くなると最終的に「あなたにはもう親切にしない、ここは私の家だ、あなたとは話したくない」と言い出し話しにならない。
・初めは引っ越しに彼氏が手伝うのを承諾したのにもかかわらず、後からルールを作り出しダメと言われる。最終的にここは自分の家だから入ってきたら警察を呼ぶと言われ、友達も彼氏も手伝えず、1人で荷物を運ぶことになる。
・ハウスオーナーの彼女の方は、ハウスメイトの物を許可なく捨てる。
「ここにあったもの知らない？」と聞くと、笑顔で捨てたと言われる。理由を聞くとヒステリーを起こし「この家は私の家なの！置いていったものは捨てるか、とっておくかは私が決める！ホテルだって捨てるじゃない！！」と言い出し、
私の置いていたものは、私物化している。
最終的に、私が持っていた私物を奪い取ってゴミ箱に目の前で捨てる。
これに対して、男性オーナーから「彼女に文句言って、怒らせたらしいけど、」と連絡が来る。
彼女はただ掃除をしただけだから、シェアメイトに捨てていいか聞かなくてもいいし、謝る必要もないと擁護。
元々パース通信で見つけたシェアハウスなので、
