３０代の主婦です。約1年前にパースに来ましたが、演歌が歌える同好会みないなところパースにあるのでしょうか？

私自身たまにYoutubeを聞きながら口ずさむ程度ですが、もし演歌または他のジャンルのを歌う集まりがあれば是非参加したいと思っています。

[1332] 引越しの前のハウスインスペクション

レントハウスに住んでいて一ヶ月後に引っ越す予定なのですが、引っ越すことを不動産屋に伝えた途端、次の住人を探すためのハウスインスペクションが週に何度も行われて困っています。
これは断れないものなのでしょうか？
不動産屋に言っても聞き入れてもらえません。

普段家は靴を脱いで生活してますが、土足で何十人も見学に来るので寝室もシャワールームも砂だらけ、泥だらけ。
引越し用の荷物を詰めてる途中の段ボールの中をのぞいたり、洗面所の引き出しを全部開けたり、見学者に好き放題されています。
不動産屋は鍵を開けて玄関で待ってるだけなので、私の不在の時のインスペクションは何をされているか分からず怖いです。
法律か何かでインスペクションのルールは決まっているのでしょうか。

At a reasonable time, on a reasonable number of occasions after giving you reasonable written notice.

The lessor must make reasonable attempts to negotiate a day and time for entry that does not unduly　inconvenience you.

As a tenant you have a right to quiet enjoyment and reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of the property.

インスペクションの法律はあります。

送りたいのですが、どのような方法がありますでしょうか?? 郵便局は船便はしてないようで航空便のみと言われました。
洋服や書籍なので安く送れる方法を探しています。
教えて頂けたら幸いです。
