Available from 18th August
-Only single occupancy (Female preferred)
-Fully furnished; King single bed, Desk, chair, Bed side table, walk-in-wardrobe
-Quiet, Respectful environment
-Must be clean and tidy and able to look after the house.
-We only accept the person who’s working.
Also, we prefer a person with same lifestyle like us ‘Wake up early Sleep early’
-Sorry no smoker
-Total 5 people including you. Korean family of 3 + 1 Japanese girl. It’s big house and all the room in the house are master room so won’t see each other often.
-Bus stop just in front of the house. Bus to city stops here every 30 mins.
-6-7 street parking bay assigned in front of the house. Parking will be no issue. By car to the city only 10 minutes.
