We are looking for female housemate.
Our apartment is located in East Perth along Yellow Cat , Red Cat route and within Free Transit Zone. 5 minutes to the city by Yellow or Red Cat or bus. We are 10 mins to Milner College on foot.
Our home is peaceful, quiet and not the partying type.
Rent is $270 a week including internet and all bills. Room comes with portable aircon. Fridge is also provided.
Bond is $400.
Room is fully furnished. Kitchen items available for your use.
Only 4 people live in the house - couple in master bedroom and two housemates in 2 separate rooms. The 2 single rooms with bathroom and toilet to share .
1 master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet.
Gym and swimming pool available in the complex.

最寄りのバス停はいくつかあり（910.75.72.33.32）バス停までは徒歩で約5分ほどです。
City へはバスで30分弱で行けます。またFremantle へのバスもあります。
