こんにちは！私が、日本に帰国する２か月の間、家と２匹の猫ちゃんを面倒見てくれる人をさがしています。タバコを吸わない方で、家をきれいに扱ってくれて、パーティーガールでない方で、猫の好きな方で女の方を探しています。１匹は甘えん坊の、人間が大好きな男の子の猫で、もう１匹はちょっとシャイな女の子の猫です。２匹ともとってもかわいい猫ちゃんです。帰国は９月の８日からで、１１月の１０日に帰ってくる予定です。場所は、Lynwood周辺です。バス停は歩いて３分のところです。もし、興味があって面倒見てくれる方がいらっしゃったら、emailしていただけますか？ レントは面倒見ていただくので、お安くします。$80.00 per weekで、念のためボンドは＄２００いただきますが、もちろん何もなければ、お返しします。質問等のemailもお待ちしています。平日は毎日働いているので、返答が遅くなったらごめんなさい。

One bedroom is available from 28th July.
$200/week: a single bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a shelf, a desk, and a chair.
Single female preferred. (no couples)
There are two fridges available in the kitchen, so you will have enough storage for your food. The living room has a smart TV, sofa, and a reverse-cycle air-con.
The house is located in Beckenham.
It takes only 5 minutes drive to Westfield Carousel shopping centre which is one of the largest shopping complexes in Perth. The property is also close to Curtin University (15 minutes by car), a bus stop (2 minutes by walk), and Beckenham train station (10~15 minutes by walk).
Non-smokers only! No drugs are allowed! No guests are allowed.
I am a male, full-time research engineer working at a university in Perth. I like doing workouts at the gym after work and jogging in the morning during the weekends. I am social and happy to have a chat with others, but I respect their private time too. I don’t smoke at all but drink socially. I want my house clean and tidy all the time and I hope that I have flatmates who can clean their rooms and common areas at least once a week.
There will be a total of 5 people including you in this house. Currently, I am occupying the master bedroom and ensuite. One bedroom is available at the moment, and you will be sharing a toilet and a bathroom with three other flatmates (two girls from S. Korea and one girl from Japan).

Female AuPair/Student/House mate (Free accommodation) required from late July 25 2023.
Father with 2 young sons 8yr and 10yr both at full time school. Mother (deceased) was Singaporean and Father Italian. We live in Victoria Park, Perth central. .00pm to approximately 6.30pm general cooking and being around. Some weekend (Sunday night dinner) help maybe necessary but flexible. Grocery shopping. Someone who enjoys cooking is preferred, keeping kitchen tidy and general as needed .
You will have your own room and bathroom. Unlimited internet with lots of space around the home with TV's etc. Shared food included. Position also suitable
