・最低契約期間（Minimum stay）:3ヶ月
・立地：DianellaとInglewoodの間でFraser motorcyclesの近くです。60番バスストップまで徒歩30秒! シティーまではバスで約15分。
家の近くにはスーパーマーケット,カフェ,ピザ屋,中華料理屋、ベーカリーなど色々お店があります。
・設備：プレイステーション3,4,Wiiと人気ゲーム機揃っています。且つ音響設備もバッチリ!
・トイレ、バス：2人で共用。非常に綺麗です。洗濯機も高性能!

バス990でLexis Perthまで2section（学生なら80セント）、シティまでもバス１本
