Hi my name is jonas from korea.
I got two rooms available. One ensuite(250/week) and one single (170/week). Ensuite is usually for a couple but can be used by one person or i can look for two people separately
It is 3 stories house in west perth.
Can walk to city in 20 ti 25 mins or 2 mins by bus. The bus stop is right in front of house and the cost is only 2 sections. It takes only one stop to busport. So it is ideal if you have school or job near city. The area is very safe and quiet. Also there is a gym with swimming pool and spa right across the street. Leederville station and cafe area with 24 hours iga is also 10 to 15 mins walking distance.

I can speak Japanese as well so communication shouldn't be a big issue.
