Perthで週$160は少し高いと思われるかもしれませんが、とても綺麗なお家なので、家の綺麗さは絶対譲れない！と思われている方にはぴったりです！

徒歩15分くらいのところにColesやKmartが入っているショッピングモールがあり便利です。
オーナーは別の家に住んでいるのでハウスメイトだけで暮らしています。
