Receptionist/Scheduler
We are looking for a friendly and self-motivated person to join our professional and busy massage team in Cottesloe. The primary focus of the role is coordination of the front desk including scheduling of appointments and receiving payments. This position is available for 1-2 days a week.
Duties include: greeting clients, answering the telephone, scheduling massages, coordinating allocation to masseuse, taking payment (EFTPOS and HICAP), other tasks to ensure efficient and professional management of the environment.
About you: Friendly, professional, reliable, quick thinking with numbers, ability to problem solve and ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Must be able to work from 9am – 5pm . Previous experience in scheduling and customer service an advantage,
Female only, must be speak fluent in English.
