Looking for a flexible and rewarding role in cleaning?
If so, Join our team at an Eco-friendly cleaning service company in Perth! We're seeking a casual team member.
You'll mainly be working in domestic cleaning, covering areas in Perth such as Dianella, Subiaco, Leederville, North Perth, Wembley, Yokine, Mt Hawthorn, Woodlands, Starling, Belmont, Maylands, Bedford, and more.
We're flexible with working hours and can accommodate your preferred times between Mondays and Fridays during the days. (Basically between 8 am - 4 pm)
No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
Here's what you can expect in terms of payment (Based on Wageline) :
*During Trials: $30.09 per hour (a couple of hours or less for 3 days)
*During Training $30.09 per hour (Approximately 3 - 6 months, around 10 -20 hours weekly)
*After Training: $30.09 per hour (Approximately 10 - 20 hours per week)
*Chance to earn up to 33 per hour if you perform well and are committed to working to be a leader (Leadership and trainer position $33 - $37 per hour plus incentives)
*Chance to become a Manager: from $40 per hour plus incentives
We provide all products, equipment, uniforms, superannuation, workers' compensation insurance, and Motor vehicle allowance and travelling time (Between our clients houses) if you use your own car.

loves cleaning, tidying up and organising! Or love to learn.
loves helping others with a passion to clean up and make their houses nice.
Wants to work for a long-term
Live near the working areas

Is positive, responsible, polite, friendly, reliable, honest, hard-working, punctual and coachable
Has good English skills in speaking, writing, reading, and listening
Can work efficiently with others and solo
Is willing to learn and grow
Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
is flexible in terms of working hours
is a non-smoker
is physically fit and healthy
has a good sense of detail and organising

Your own reliable car
A valid driver's license
A smartphone
A current police clearance (or the ability to obtain one)
Australian working rights (No working holiday visa)
Speak in English fluently
