Dookki Perth CBD is currently looking for kitchen staff to join our team.

Position: Kitchen Staff
Location: Northbridge, Perth

Kitchen experience is preferred, but beginners are also welcome as full training will be provided.

Requirements:

Conversational English is required.

Staff meals are provided.

Duties:

Preparing and portioning ingredients, including washing and cutting
Cooking and assisting with food preparation
Preparing food and kitchen orders
Checking and managing ingredient stock
Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Following kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Maintaining consistent food quality and taste

Pay
Award rate, negotiable depending on experience.

Working Hours
Approximately 35 hours per week

Wednesday and Sunday availability is required.

Requirements
Must hold a valid visa with appropriate working rights in Australia
Conversational English
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
