Experienced Sandwich Maker Wanted Morso Conti Shop, Fremantle NEW

Morso is a chef-led shop in Fremantle serving chef-led sandwiches, drip coffee, and a few sweet goodies. We're building a small, sharp team and looking for someone to join us in the kitchen — someone who can carry their weight on prep as well as build sandwiches to order.

What you will be doing:

Prepping and portioning ingredients ahead of service

Making sandwiches to order.
Keeping the counter and prep area running smoothly.
Pulling great coffee, and giving every customer a genuine, friendly experience.
What we are looking for:

Solid experience in a commercial kitchen or sandwich/deli environment — this one is a must.

High standards, non-negotiable — we hold the line on quality even when it's very busy.
A great attitude — reliable, hands-on, and happy to work as part of a small team.
Comfortable moving fast on your feet during a busy daytime service.
A genuine passion for good food and hospitality.
The details:

Casual position, day shifts only, Trading Wednesday to Sunday, Pay in line with award rates

Location: Fremantle
This role suits someone with real kitchen experience who's ready for their next step — comfortable across both prep and service, and happy to hold a high bar in a fast-paced kiosk.
