Requirements:
✔ Valid RSA Certificate (essential)
✔ Valid Approved Manager Card (essential)
✔ Previous hospitality leadership/supervisory experience
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to lead shifts and support team development
✔ Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

What you'll be doing:
• Leading FOH service during busy shifts
• Training and supporting team members
• Maintaining high service standards
• Managing bookings, customer enquiries and guest satisfaction
• Assisting with venue operations and daily procedures
