シングルベッド２つ、オウンシャワー、トイレ、ウォークインクローゼット、テーブルなど付いてます。
２名募集していますので、お友達同士で住みたい方に最適です。
レントには、水道、ガス、電気、インターネット代など全て含まれてます。
その他、食器用洗剤、調味料など、家にあるものはご自由に使っていただいて結構です。
キレイに使っていただければ、出る時にボンドは全てお返しします。

a short walk to the train to get to the city, and easy to get to innaloo shopping centre and ikea etc. they have lots of part time jobs around here.
nice clean house we do all the cleaning together.

perfect! :)
there was 4 lexis students here and they said its really convenient. if you have a car thats no problem.
often doing bbq's and nabe together. its a fun house.

英語が苦手で自信がない方でも練習が出来ます。
聞いてくれれば、英語のミス直してくれます。

大丈夫です。オーナーが空港まで無料で迎えに行きます。
LEXISの学生さんたち、すごくいい場所だと思います。
シティも近いし、学校までバスだけ乗ったら着きます。

週に何時間かお手伝いしていただける方はレント値下げもします。
大きいお部屋でクイーンベッド、壁に収納がたくさんあり、テレビも部屋についています。カップルでの入居の場合$200/week 。一人で$140/week です。

Warwick (2zone) シティから電車で4駅約15分。
バスナンバー 371,450(Warwick stから) 388、389(cityから)
バス停は家から徒歩3分と5分の2か所あります。 シティから30分程です。
