Hi There,
I have 2 rooms available for the right person/people.
The house is a 4 x 2 and is located within walking distance to Kardinya Shops, Murdoch Uni and Murdoch Station.
Currently there is 2 tenants at the house who are both friendly, tidy and responsible.
We are looking for decent people who are mature and responsible and understand what it’s like to live in a shared house.
We charge a little more than most advertised houses here but this place is worth it as it is fully furnished, unsupervised and we are strict with who we bring in as we want all tenants to get along perfectly.
The house is fully fitted with the following:
- Weekly Cleaning Service
-Roller Shutters in all rooms

-2 Fridges
-Washing Machine

-Under Cover Cloths Line
-52” TV
-3 living areas

Smoking is allowed but only outside.

My house is in west perth
15 mins walking to city
3 mins to phinix
20 mins kaplan.
Bus stop right in front(2section) one station to bus port or walk 3 mins to other stop then it will be the free zone. There is 24 hors iga in 10 mins walking distance.
It is 3 stories town house with 3 spacious room and its calm and safe area. Prefer non smokers.
