My current landlord's son is moving into my current room, so I need to move out and find a new place by the end of August.

・Budget: AUD$250-300 per week (including bills preferred)

・Location: Strictly along the Fremantle train line🚃 (Mosman Park, North Fremantle, Fremantle, etc)

・I am not looking at any other areas at the moment.

・A place close to the beach would be an absolute dream🌊

・I used to work at the Japanese Red Cross Society Head Office, and I also do beauty work in Japan.

・Currently, I work at a beauty salon in North Fremantle 🌊 (This is why I want to stay along the Fremantle line for an easy commute)

・Favourite things: Making traditional matcha and Japanese sweets , learning about culture and history, Yoga, and Running 🧘‍♀️🏃‍♀️‍➡️

・I love going for a morning run on weekends, so living near the coast or a nice park would be perfect.

・I'm clean, tidy, considerate, respectful, kind, non smoker, no drugs, and not a party person.

・I don't drink often.

・I won't have a car, so convenient access to public transport is very important for me.

・I'm a morning person with an active, healthy lifestyle. I'd love to try new things like hiking and surfing🏄‍♀️

1. What is the weekly rent? Does it include internet, water, gas, and electricity?
2. How many people live in the house in total?
3. How many people will I be sharing the house/bathroom with?
4. Where exactly is the property located?
5. How far is the nearest large supermarket and public transport stop by foot?
6. Is the room fully furnished (bed, desk, drawers, etc.)? Do I need my own linen/bed sheets?
7. What communal facilities are available (kitchen utensils, clothes drying racks, etc.)?
8. Can I hang my laundry out to dry (inside or outside)?
9. How much is the bond, and what is the required notice period before moving out?
10. Could you provide photos of the room and the house?
