Short-Term & Long-Term Accommodation Available

Location:
• 15 minutes’ walk to Thornlie Station
• Approximately 25 minutes to Perth City by train
• Direct bus service to Perth City
• Approximately 10 minutes by bus to Carousel Shopping Centre

Option 1 – Private Room (Long-Term)
• Available from 8 June onwards
• Minimum stay of 2 months
• Suitable for one person
• $180 per week

Option 2 – Private Room (Short-Term)
• Available from 8 June to 4 July
• Suitable for one person
• $210 per week
• Final week: $150

Option 3 – Two Bedrooms Available
• Available from the end of June until the end of July (approximately 1 month)
• Suitable for a couple, two friends, or a single person
• $450 per week

About the House:
• Large family home with a garage
• Large trampoline in the backyard
• Street parking available directly in front of the house
• Clean, quiet, and family-friendly environment

Included:
• Internet and bill
• Household consumables (laundry, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc.)

Bond:
• $350 for all options
• The bond will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage, unpaid rent, or excessive cleaning required.

House Rules:
• Non-smoking property
• No pets
• No parties
• No overnight guests
• No male visitors (Options 1 and 2)
• Must be respectful of a family environment
• Must be clean and tidy
• Must be able to live cooperatively with others
• Common sense and consideration for others are expected

Japanese speakers are welcome.
Female applicants are preferred, as the house is currently shared with a Japanese woman and her 7-year-old daughter.
