シティ、ピクトリアパークまでそれぞれバス一本で行ける好立地です。

1部屋はシングルルーム260/1w (10月中旬から可)
もう1部屋はカップル向けのダブルルーム 350or320/1w(お選び頂くお部屋のサイズによって変わります)(今すぐ入居可)
両部屋ともベット、机、椅子等の家具付きで、ネット・光熱費は全て含まれています。
トイレ・バスは他の部屋と共有となります。

家はとても綺麗でハウスオーナーもとてもいい方です。

Added are external CCTV cameras for that extra security. The house is fitted with air-conditioning, and small heaters are provided for each room. Nearby are shopping centres, Asian grocery stores, and a 24 hour grocery store. The bus to the city is about 10-15 minutes walk away. Currently occupied by 1 Japanese girl, 1 Chinese girl (my girlfriend), and myself (who's there half the time). Price is $200 per week, including bills and WiFi.
