Victoria Park駅から徒歩７分ほどのアパートのオウンルーム！
徒歩10分圏内にはwoolworth,Korean market,美容院などあるので
日常生活品や食材を買いに行くのにとても便利です。特にkorean marketには
日本食材も売ってたりするので結構助かると思います。
あとバス程も幾つかあるので結構交通便もいいです。
あと、近辺にレストランなどもたくさんあるので職探しにもいいかもしれません＾＾
部屋はオウンルームで２つあります。
１つは＄135です。
もう一つは＄155で広くベッドもダブルルームなので
友達二人、カップルでも住めます。
ボンドは２週間分、特に何もなければ出て行く時に返金してもらえます。
２週間noticeです。
オーナーはおしゃべり好きのオージーです。
とても面白く、優しい方なので英語の勉強にもなります。
あととても綺麗好きなので家はいつも綺麗です。
