パースアリーナ前のアパートで女性のシェアメイトを募集しています。
ダブルルームで$125/weekです(wifi、bill込み)。
2バスルームで室内にシャワー、トイレがあるので、ルームメイトの子と二人だけで使用でき、とても便利かと思います。アパート内にジム、プールあります。

I'm a 50 y⁄o disabled man living in Shelton park.
I'm looking for someone thats responsible and easy going , prefer over 25 years of age, to help me with some care over nights & around the house duties.
Rent is nil, but would normally be about $250⁄wk which equates to about 10-12 hrs⁄wk assisting me or doing work in the house or outside some PERSONAL care, cooking, shopping, odd jobs, gardening, cleaning, etc, etc.
I have my own carers come in each morning & night however some PERSONAL caring would be required, experience would be great but not necessary just willing try.
Parking for single car outside front door.
You would have your own bedroom, shared lounge room & bathroom.
The house has Air/con ,wireless broadband . No charge for these, also no charge for electricity, gas, water, etc.
Available immediatley.
Close to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, the new Childrens Hospital and UWA is 10 min on the bus.
Train station is only 5 minutes walk
