We are looking for mature and responsible people. A huge master room for 3 people, the room including 3 single beds, bedside tables, private balcony, own bathroom and a big dressing room.
We required 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance. All bills included( water, electricity, gas, unlimited WiFi internet ) Fully furnished room, single bed, bedside cabinet, fan and bed linen included, you only need to bring your luggage!

15 mins walking to city
3 mins to phinix
20 mins kaplan.
Bus stop right in front(2section) one station to bus port or walk 3 mins to other stop then it will be the free zone. There is 24 hors iga in 10 mins walking distance.
It is 3 stories town house with 3 spacious room and its calm and safe area. Prefer non smokers.
