私の大好きなお家から引っ越す事になった為、後任で住んでいただける方を探しています。

引っ越す理由：パートナーと住むことになった為。

人気の語学学校lexisにも通いやすい距離です。

ここに引っ越してきた当初友達もいなく孤独でしたがルームメートが、どこに行くにも誘ってくれる本当に優しい人達だった為一度も寂しい想いをしたことがありません😢❤バーベキューや友達誘ってのパーティーにも必ず仲間に入れてくれるため現地の友達もすぐ出来ます。(日本人がいないので、最初は話についていくのが大変ですが、とても勉強になります。)

綺麗好きの人達の為、洗われていない食器が放置されていたり、バスルームが髪の毛だらけなんてことも一度もない居心地がいいお家です。

又、夏が来ますがクーラー不要のとても涼しい部屋です。9ヶ月住んでいて2.3回扇風機を使用したくらいです。

ドイツ人の女性はシェフでお料理上手。クリスマスや誕生日イベント等のパーティーの際など美味しい料理をふるまってくれます。日本人の女の子が大好きで、今回日本人のルームメートを希望しています。

オーストラリア人の男性は障がいのあるお子さんのベビーシッターをしていて、弟の奥さまが日本人だったり、ブラジリアン柔術を習ったりと親日家です。

イギリス人の男性は科学者でカーティン大学で働いており、とても頭がよく優しくなんでも教えてくれます。

人なつっこいですが、きちんとしつけされている為部屋に入ってきたり、何か壊したり等一切ありません。

オーナー夫婦が不在の約4週間、猫2匹の世話(餌やりとトイレの掃除)をしてくれる方を探しています。住み込みで、家賃はいりません。
日本人女性希望ですが、部屋をキレイに使ってくれて、きちんと猫の世話をしていただければ、男性でもかまいません。
カップルや友人同士でもかまいませんが、使ってもらう部屋はダブルベッドの一部屋のみです。
WiFi あります。
家はComo (1 zone)で、バス停まで徒歩4~5分です。

期間は8月25日~9月18日です。多少の期間延長は可能です。

This is my family house with two kids, 2years and 3 years, and two dogs at the back yard, Border collie and Labrador retriever. They won't bother your routin as the house is very big.
