Claisebrook駅（Perth駅から2駅）から徒歩７分、Yellow CatのFree Zone内でシティーまでの交通費はかかりません！
ハイウェイまで車で１分、Swan Riverまで徒歩３分、24時間営業ジムまで徒歩1分のところにあり、立地は抜群、とても住みやすい場所です。
カフェ、IGA、レストラン、薬局、Swan River、公共交通機関まではすぐ近くです。

大きなマスタールームを3人でシェアしていただきます。（男性のみ）
家にキッチン用具や洗濯機、電子レンジなど家具はすべてそろっています。
部屋には、シングルベッドが３つ、プライベートバルコニー、シェアメイト専用バスルーム（トイレは家に３つ）、かなり大きいウォークインクローゼットがあります。

週＄130、4月14日から入居可能です。
2週間分のボンドと1週間分のレントを先にいただきます。
レントには光熱費、ガス代、無制限Wi-Fi、洗剤、トイレットペーパーなど、すべて含まれています
寝具（ベッド、シーツ、枕など）、キャビネット、扇風機などがすでに部屋にあります。日本からの荷物を持ってきていただければ十分生活可能です！

気になる点、見学などをお考えであればいつでも連絡していただいて結構です。
ハウスマネージャーは英語のみの対応となります。
部屋は4月14日からお使いいただけます。

ご家族の方はとてもあたたかくいつも家族の一員として接して下さります。また、日本文化が大好きなご両親です。家の立地もすごく素敵で、休日には徒歩圏内にある近くのビーチでのんびり過ごしたり時にはご家族の方と観光地を巡ったりとパースならではの充実した生活を送る事が出来ます。お手伝いの内容としては子どものお世話が主で、英語力やオーペア、保育士等の経験は問いません。ご両親が料理上手なので、毎日美味しい食事をいただけます。また、運転免許は必要ありません。

以下、ホストファミリーからのメッセージです。

“We are looking for a female student to join our family and look after our children (1-year old girl and 5 years old boy) few days a week.

As an au-pair you will be living with us and have your own room, shower, all your meals, free internet, Netflix, bills and weekly pocket money. You can also use swimming pool and one of our bikes.
We love cooking, so you don’t need to cook, your food will be always ready for you. Also, you will have two days off the week to yourself. If you are student or you like to have some casual work outside of the house, we may be able to come to some agreement to accommodate for that.

We need you to help us with the children such as playing with them in our big backyard or nearby park and tidying up their room, being around them when we are preparing the meals and some general help.
Somedays you need to pick up our son from nearby school which is a walking distance. Two days will always be the same and other two will change. We can always come up with a plan that works for both of us.

We are a happy young family living in a comfortable large house in City beach. Located conveniently close to City and walking distance to the beach. "

ルームシェアのお部屋にはシングルベッド2つ、テーブル２つ、棚２つ、クローゼットが用意してあります。

シャワーは3人とのシェアになります。
トイレは２つあるので、混み合う朝でも安心して使えます。
My. Lawleyは徒歩圏内、cityもバスで12分です。
バス停まではたったの1分。
バスもたくさん走っています。2 section (1zoneよりずっとお安いです！）
