Hi I am an easy going person. Would like to find people to help get through this pandemic together.
It s a FEMALE ONLY shared room in Northbridge ( 5mins walk to FreeZone bus stop ) , walking distance to Hyde park, IGA, Bluecat to the city, and many more.
This cozy apartment is a secured (with 24hrs camera surveillance) has garden area, shared speace for outdoor BBQ ,gym, swimming pool,jagucci ,and suana.
The room available now are
A) $130/week/person - 1 bed (double bed ) available in a shared room for 2 females (you will be sharing this bedroom, an ensuite, a balcony with 1 Russian female - law student) equipped with a full sized mirror wardrobe, and a shelfing unit.
B) 125/week/person - 1 bed ( single) , shared room, wardrobe, study table and lamp
C) 125/week/person - 1 bed( single) ,own partitioned room,
wardrope, storage.
Bills , Internet , toilet rolls and cleaning products are included in the rent.
We try to keep the place clean and tidy as much as possible. The common area gets cleaned weekly (Toilet/Shower/Kitchen/Living area) Smoking outside at designated area only.
Most of my housemates are now studying so it wont suit a party person who are too loud. NO pets & NO visitors allowed at the moment please. However a night out every now and then is totally acceptable as we live so close to the scene already! :D
This place is Just 5-10 mins walk to pubs and restaurants on James street, 5 mins walk to Free Blue CAT Bus (francis street stop) and 5 mins walk to FTZ bus stop (960 free zone) on Frizgerald street.
Most cases you wont need a car but if you do, parking permit is available at additional cost of $15/week (additional deposit required)
To stay :
2 months minimum stay
2 weeks security deposit
2 weeks notice required before moving out

We are looking for a person who is tidy and clean for renting a double room size in Morley near Galleria shopping centre. It will be 4 people totally. You can go to the Galleria shopping centre (300m) or Coventry shopping centre (500m) on foot from the house.
The house is just built last year so that everything new condition.
There are a double size bed, a desk and built-in robe in the room.
Sharing bathroom and toilet will be used 2 people only so that you and the other share mate.

my house is at "6 oak lane west perth"
There is a bus stop right in front of my house that is only one stop from city bus port with 2 section fee. Or you could walk to city for about 25 minutes.
There is betty park which has gym, swimming pool and sauna in 3 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes for Phoenix academy. The house is very safe and quiet. Also this house is not a party house but you are welcome to invite some friends over. We can also chill with Netflix or bored games together
There are two rooms available
Single room is 170 dollars
Shared bathroom with one person and shower with 2 others. All furnished. Spacious room.
Master room 125 per week.
Own bathroom and and shower booth
The room is furnished
The room usually for couple but i got one person already using the room and looking for a second person. he is aussie guy works in mines and he will be flying out for 2 weeks and fly in one week.
So in 2 weeks, you will live by yourself for 2 weeks in huge room and only one week with him .
All the bills are included
