How are you guys?? As you might know success is pretty safe and secure area to live in perth and also this place is unit, so it will be safer!
Bus stop, IGA, pharmacy and Cafe etc in 3 mins walk away and aubin grove train station is in 10 mins by walk. As well as big shopping centre in 3 mins by car and kwinana freeway nearby!
If you have a car you can park in the garage.
I provide you with toilet roll, detergent, rice etc and I have all cooking equipment that you can use, I believe you won't find any inconvenience
We have routine weekly cleaning to keep our place clean
I am a korean guy who's working at the mines and having 2 and 1 roaster and living with my neice(second cousin) who's 22 years old girl. Since I'm going away from home most of time so I'm looking for a female house mate. So while I'm at work, it will be you and my neice and will be comfortable for you
