Female wanted to share the house in Victoria Park
the house is located close to train station(4mins walk) and bus stop(5mins walk).House is also close to Albany highway where there are many restaurants, cates and shops.
You will have your own room which has a study desk and lots of storage for clothes.
the rent is $120 per week which includes Electricity, gas, water and Wi-fi.
There is a bond of $240 and a minimum stay of 2months.
There is also a bicycle and helmet that you can use.
