パースの観光をほぼしてしまったので、他の都市に移動する事にしたので、少し早めに退去することになりました。短期滞在でお探しの方いましたらメッセージ下さい^_^ ハウスメイトはイギリス人男性で、めっちゃ性格のいい方です。彼の以前に住んでたのも日本人だったらしいです。場所も静かですし、私も気に入っていたので問題点はないかと思います◎
部屋はエアコン付きなのと、掛け布団以外に沢山毛布もあるので寒がりな女性も心配ないです。共用スペースをきれいに保てる方、音など、ハウスメイトへの音などの気遣いが出来る良識的な方でお願いします。

About myself, I'm from tokyo japan and I moved into aus last month(but 4th time to aus) and I'm gonna settle down and get PR in aus so planning to switch into student visa from tourist visa. But I'm still thinking where is good place to settle down to live for me so I tried to stay in melbourne for a month so far and trying to compair perth and melbourne. My income comes from renting out my whole apartment buliding as owner in tokyo and I'm also pro astrologist as side job and hobby:))
