オーナーはフィリピン人男性、シェアメイトはオーストラリア人女性と日本人女性です。

現在入居者募集されてるうちのシェアハウスで
オージーオーナーの所に注意していただきたいです。
立地やレントはとても良いのですが、
ハウスルールが厳しく
・シャワーの使用の度風呂の窓ガラスを拭く
・キッチンの使用の度シンクを拭く
・キッチンのゴミを捨てに行く、またゴミ箱を常にからの状態にしなくてはいけない
・夜22時以降にシャワー浴びたり洗濯機を使わない、または物音を立てない
・トイレに行く際は必ず換気扇をオン、オフ、出た際は必ずソープで手を洗う
など1つでもやり忘れるとしつこく高圧的なメールがきて、1つでも意見を言うと最終的には強制的に家の退去命じられます。
また防犯カメラがリビングに設置されており、気になる動きがあると逐一質問されます。
またオーナーは表向きはおしゃべり好きなおじいさんですが、かなりのレイシストで特定の国を批判したり、𓏸𓏸人はこういうヤツらだと会話の中で出てくるので不快に感じることが多くありました。1例をあげると日本人は綺麗好きで大人しいとはじめは言ってましたが、最終的にアジア人は全体的に親に甘やかされて生きているなどとメールで供述してました。
メンタルが強い、または寝るためだけに帰る方、綺麗好きな方でしたら住めるかもしれませんが、大抵の方はミニマム3ヶ月のステイで限界かと思われますのでおすすめいたしません。

Hello, this is a house located in Beachboro. Living with koreans
The house is close to a primary school, making it a safe and secure area.
Alton Park Shopping Center is just a 4-minute drive away, so shopping is very convenient.
It takes about 23 minutes to drive to the city and 12 minutes to Costco.
There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.
The available room is a single room for $200 per week, including bills.
The room will be available from December 12th.
If you move in, you'll be living with me, another single female in a single room, and a couple in a double room.
We provide rice, toilet paper, detergent, Wi-Fi, coffee, and various seasonings.
You’ll share a large refrigerator with one other person.
