Hi All,
I'm looking for a female sharemate for our master room in East Victoria Park. The master room is fully furnished(Double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe). The price is $300/week (bond $600), including all bills. The master room is only for one person and will be available from January 19th.
The location is convenient:
- Woolworths: 10 minutes by walk
- Spudshed: 10 minutes by walk
- Bus station to the city: 5 minutes by walk
