04Before you go
- Adults are aged 13+, children 2–12, and infants 0–1 travel free. Please include infants in your party.
- The departure minimum is two adults; children and infants do not count. One adult can request a booking, or book instantly during the instant-booking window once departure is guaranteed.
- Instant booking closes 24 hours before departure. Requests are accepted until 12 hours before departure.
- 471 Hay St is the first pickup at 08:00. City hotel pickups follow from 08:05 to 08:30, then Crown Metropol at 08:40 before heading towards Caversham. Times are planned and may change with traffic. All pickups are 30 minutes later in September.
- Animal encounters depend on animal welfare and park operations. Holding koalas and wombats is not included.
- The itinerary is approximate. The paid Perth Mint interior tour is not included.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. The Perth News Travel cancellation terms are shown during booking.
- Check the meeting arrangements, participation requirements and any additional charges in the booking form before submitting.
Cancellation fees
- At least 48 hours before departure: no cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before departure, or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount.
