We are looking to rent a single room in newly built house in Kensington. It is well located, safe and quiet suburb. Close to CBD, Vic Park, Como and South Perth. 5min walking to bus station. 15min to CBD by bus. Street parking bay is available if you own a car. Room will be available from 08.10.26 Rent is $280 including all bills. (Unlimited wifi Available) You will share the bathroom with one girl. Will live with 3 Korean people (Total 4 people live in the house including yourself) 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice and no minimum stay.
