🏡 Single Room for Female – Kewdale Hi everyone! 😊 We’re looking for one female to move into a single room in a 4x2 house in Kewdale from September 1st. 💰 Rent: $240/week, including all bills 🔐 Bond: $480 📅 Minimum stay: 2 months 📢 Notice: 2 weeks We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and preferably a non-smoker. Long-term stay is preferred. 🛏️ Room includes: * King single bed * Bedding * Desk & chair * Bedside table * Lamp * Wardrobe * Electric blanket 🏠 House & Current Residents: • Me and my partner lives in the separated ensuite room • An Ecuadorian couple lives in the double room.
