We are looking for a passionate and motivated hospitality professional to join the Trattoria Italia's team as Front Of House Manager in our Restaurant in Westfiled Carousel
The Role Requires:
A hands-on leader who will recruit, manage and develop an engaging, customer focused group of people.
A manager with an understanding and proven experience in dealing with budgets, wage control, sales, wastage, rosters, performance reviews, business plans (3,6,12 months).
A results focused, self-motivated individual who loves busy,
Positive, happy and smiling- able to train staff and build on the great workplace and provide exceptional customer service.
A strategic thinker who will look at the restaurant as a whole and make positive change and improvements.
A self-driven, charismatic leader with business acumen, a strategic mindset and a bucket-load of experience in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Able to communicate well with colleagues and customers
You will be resilient to work related demands, innovative and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
This is a hands-on management role that will see you gain experience in running your own business, an opportunity to guide and mentor a team and still be on the tools.
Approved manager certificate,
Similar role experience at least 2 years
