Detailed Work Activities:
The Customer Service Officer will assist in the work activities as specified below, but not limited to the following:
Taking of orders by phone in a professional manner and keying them directly into the system.
Providing a high level of customer service (telephone/email contact) to existing customers:
Taking contact/business details from potential new customers and relaying the information to the Sales Managers/Reps.
Data entry of faxed, emailed and phoned in orders.
Order entry by using “Pronto system”;
Assisting sales representative;
Making order form and updating for the customer;
Critical to your success will be:
Japanese Food knowledge / Japanese language skills
Positive and confident personality
Proficiency in learning a product range quickly
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
Good organisational and time management skills
Solid computer literacy
Self-motivated and ambitious
Not suitable for Working Holiday or Student visa.
