Receptionist Wanted – Experienced, Fast, and Professional (2–3 Days/Week)
Location: Cottesloe, WA
Business: Neehow Massage – Premium Wellness & Bodycare
We are a fast-paced and highly professional wellness clinic in Cottesloe, seeking an experienced, sharp-minded, and well-mannered receptionist to join our team part-time (2–3 days/week).
This is not a junior or entry-level role — we are looking for someone who can manage bookings, client communication, and front desk coordination without needing basic training in manners or work ethics.
You must have:
• Previous customer-facing experience in Australia (min. 3 years)
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Excellent phone and SMS communication skills
• Fast thinking, high attention to detail, and strong memory
• Confidence in managing bookings without computer systems (we use manual scheduling)
• High-level professionalism and natural service mindset
Days Required:
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Sundays
• Fixed hours: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Bonus if you have:
• Experience in massage/beauty/health
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handling SMS and phone bookings
• Coordinating massage therapists’ schedules
• Managing front desk flow and simple payments
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations
• Working independently with minimal supervision
