Kitchen hand
- enjoys working in the kitchen
- preferably some experience working in fast paced restaurants
- able to carry heavy objects (rice pots and big pots of food)
- has good team spirit
- familiar with Japanese cuisine
- able to converse in basic English
- is able to multi-task
Cook
- has training in cookery
- has some experience working in a commercial kitchen
- enjoys cooking
- loves Japanese food
- enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- has great team spirit
- preferably knows how to use combi oven and chargrill
- is good at food presentation
- able to work full-time (all days of the week except Sunday)
- preferably has Australia citizenship/ PR
