We're seeking "Graphic Designer"
About you:
•Seeking unpaid volunteer work
•Free to attend our weekly meeting on Monday 3-5pm, and come into the office to work for at least one other day of the week (preferably Wednesday)
•Willing to pay the $25 membership fee, which goes toward supporting Colosoul events, such as the upcoming Fox Feet Summer Runway
•Able to read basic Japanese, or you are willing to learn fast and work closely with another team member while compiling the magazine
•Have completed units about magazine design, or have worked on a magazine before, and absolutely loved it!
•Ready for the challenges that may arise from designing for a different reading direction and switching between vertical and horizontal texts, keen to look at Japanese magazines for ideas and examples
•Able to prioritise Colosoul Japan close to deadlines (magazines released middle of January, April, July and October, so the month before that will be hectic)
•Bonus! Also confident with creating things like posters and business cards we can use to advertise Colosoul Japan and recruit new volunteers
