設備はそろった部屋が空いてます。
場所はMosman Parkで波乗りのスポットに近く駐車場も十分あります。
言葉の環境などどうでもいい方、仕事で稼ぎに来たので安く済ませたいなど、一部の人にはいい環境だと思います。
二人で200、一人で130で部屋の真ん中に仕切りの入った部屋です。飲食店の裏にあるので食費は節約でき、たまに臨時の肉体労働などで働いてもらう機会もあります。

And Building structure is unit apartment which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We will live just 3 peoples in a house. So, You can

お洒落な街フリーマントルの一軒家でシェアメイトを募集しています！ダブルベットサイズのベッドがついたオウンルームです。
★最寄りのバス停まで徒歩3分（cityまで直通で行くバスも通ってます!）
★フリーマントル駅まで自転車6分（徒歩だと20分ぐらいですが天気の良い日だと良い散歩になります）
★フリーマントル駅周辺にはColesの入ったショッピングセンターがあります。家の近くにはお洒落なカフェ、ボトルショップあります
★現在、日本人カップル（私含む）・フランス人カップル・台湾人の女性が住んでます。英語環境を好まれる方には良い条件です。（オーナーは別に住んでます）全員働いていますがキッチンを使うタイミングはほとんど被らいないので、私はのびのび料理しています。
