Located on Mackie Street, Victoria Park. only 3 mins walk to bus stop - buses 170, 177, 176, 179, 220, 960 go to city centre, Bentley, carousel shopping center as well as Curtin Uni. 7mins walk to Woolworths, seafood & oriental grocery shops. 9 mins drive to Curtin Uni, 13 mins drive to the airport. Swan river just around 10mins walking distance, good for jogging and exercises!

You will be sharing this house with a full time working couple and another Japanese girl.

I'm a 50 year-old disabled man living in Shelton Park.I'm looking for a female, thats responsible and easy going , prefer over 25 years of age, to help me with some caring & running the house. I have my own carers come in each morning & night however some caring would be necessary no experience necessary.
Rent is nil, but about 8-10 hrs/wk assisting me or doing work in the house or outside will be required; caring, some cooking, shopping, gardening, cleaning, etc, etc.
You would have your own bedroom, shared lounge room & bathroom. The house has wireless broadband. No charge for these, also no charge for electricity, gas, water, etc.
You would be able to work, or do whatever during the day.
