わたしのお友達の親日家のフィリピン人の老夫婦が
シェアメイトを探しております。
彼らは裏にあるグラニーフラットで生活してますので、
実質オーナー夫婦とは別居になります。
閑静な住宅街にある掃除の行き届いた良い家です。
家賃は週１５０ドル
ボンドは３００ドル
二人専用のお風呂とトイレ付きの
すごく広いカップルルームは、
週２１０ドル
ボンドが４２０ドルです。
カップルルームは、キッチンダイニングと
他のシングルルームとは別の階にありますので、
プライベート空間を満喫できるかと思います。
光熱費インターネット全て込みです。
Warwickの駅が歩いて４分の家のすぐそばにあり、
とても便利です。ショッピングセンターが、
家から歩いて１５分のところにあります。
閑静な住宅街の道を通っていくので、
散歩がてら買い物に行くのもおすすめです。
