The location is in front of Mt. Lawley Train Stn. Very close to Perth City
Easy transport to anywhere, walking to the train station or buses in just 4 minutes.
One train stop to East Perth Station where is possible to take the train to Bunbury.
Close to the Swan River.

2 People room 120/Weekly/Each (*2 Single Beds / Shared room)
3 people or 2 People or single room 90/120/140/Weekly/Each ( room separate from the house, one queen bed and one single bed)

Who would pay $110 for a share room with other 3 ppl!?
This is more like a backpackers business.
Are you going to declare income from this?

オーナーはベトナム人の奥さんとハンガリー人の旦那さんです。旦那さんは非常に料理が上手で、たまに手料理を振る舞ってくれます！

ダブルルーム:週$160/1人,$200/2人(カップルok)
シングルルーム:週$150/1人

電気、水道、no limit Wi-fi、洗剤込み

大きなキッチンにはウォーターサーバーが設置してあり、いつでも新鮮なお水が飲めます！

キッチンは調理器具も一式揃っており、水サーバーもあるので毎日美味しいお水が飲めます！

完全禁煙なので喫煙者の方は入居出来ません。

徒歩５分のところにDoubleview のIGA（スーパーマーケット）、990のバス停があり、シティまで1本で行けます！（その他、Innaloo shopping center、 Glendalough station 、Lexis English 、Scarborough beachなどに行けるのでとても便利です。）
