中型犬(良く訓練されています）を飼っているため良識のある動物や犬が好きなシェアメイトを探しています。
家はとても綺麗でセキュリティー面やその他の設備も整っているので快適に過ごせると思います。最寄りの駅からは徒歩で１５分ほどですが、高速道路が近くにあるため車持ちの方にお勧めです。
現在オウンルームが２部屋空いております。 一人で２部屋使えますし、お友達と１部屋ずつ使うのも可能です。
お部屋の詳細は１つは小さめのお部屋($90)ですがエアコンが完備されているのと
もう一つのお部屋は（$110)大き目で収納もしっかりしている部屋になっております。
オウンキー。 寝具（新品可）、スタディデスクと収納ラック、収納用コンテナ。
共同スペースには冷蔵庫、炊飯器、ケトル、コーヒーマシーン、その他調理器具もそろっております。
高速Wifi、Netflix、Stanなど自由に使えます。
近所にWestfield Carouselや24時間スーパーにローカルの中小規模のショッピングセンターが２か所ほどありますので仕事のチャンスはいっぱいあると思います。 また、タイミングが合えば近所のレストランでお仕事も紹介できるかもしれません。

部屋が余っているので、旦那さんと離れてタイムアウトしたいけど、友達にはこの段階では言いたくないという方を短期間無料で受け入れます。
教会等のシェルターもありますが、日本語を話せて日本食を作れる•食べられる環境の方が落ち着くと思います。
