Hi I'm looking for a room like this condition⬇️ so if your place suites to these conditions, please message me with bedroom pics, price and time taking to the city center :)

・Locating within 25min to city center by public transportation and walking
・short term is also available
・〜385$/week including bill
・not noisy place
・bedroom with AC or heater

About myself, I'm from tokyo japan and I moved into aus last month(but 4th time to aus) and I'm gonna settle down and get PR in aus so planning to switch into student visa from tourist visa. But I'm still thinking where is good place to settle down to live for me so I tried to stay in melbourne for a month so far and trying to compair perth and melbourne. My income comes from renting out my whole apartment buliding as owner in tokyo and I'm also pro astrologist as side job and hobby:))
