部屋2つ、トイレ一つのマンションで、一人はワーホリ、二人の学生が住んでいます。今募集中の方を含めて四人住む家です。
家のすぐ近くにはバス停があってシティーまで10分、銀行、郵便局、レストラン、カフェ、など
車がなくても住みやすいどころです！
駐車は平日6時以後できますが、週末はストリートで
Hello everyone, we are Korean couple and looking for 1 single man for coming on board in this cozy apartment on 15 MARY ST in Highgate near Mount Lawley, Hyde Park, gyms, banks, postoffice, IGA, 24/7 chemist, BWS, restaurants, cafes, Northbridge and Perth city!!
-To the city by bus(950,67,68) is only 10minutes from the house
-115 x week all bills include (water, power, gas) and high speed Internet
-Convenient location next to shops, 15 minutes to Northbridge on foot, and just one block to MARY Street Bakery, BWS, bus stop and Hungry Jack's, and Beaufort Street IGA and 24/7 chemist are 2 blocks from the house. Everything you need is whtin 3 blocks.
We are a couple and a single boy. The couple are students and the single boy is a full time worker. We are looking for someone who want to share the room with the boy. We are not party animals but we like having friends around!
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful!
